Terms of Service
Last updated 25 October 2026
1. About these terms
Pompom Kids (“we”, “us”) provides online learning games and books for children at pompom.stakraf.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].
2. Accounts
- Accounts are for parents, carers and teachers aged 18 or over. The account holder is responsible for the children who use the Service through their account.
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google or Apple. Keep access to your email and devices secure.
- You may add up to 12 child profiles. Use first names or nicknames only.
3. Free and paid plans
- The free plan gives access to a selection of games and books at no cost.
- The family membership is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, which unlocks all games and books for your account. Current prices are on our pricing page; the price you pay is shown before you confirm.
- New memberships may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you by email before a change affects your renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries related to payment and handle returns. Their terms (lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms) also apply to your purchase.
5. Refunds
See our refund policy.
6. Using the Service
- The Service is for personal, family and educational use. Schools need a school licence; please contact us.
- Do not copy, resell or redistribute the games, books, artwork or audio, or try to bypass access controls, interfere with the Service or access other people’s accounts.
- All content is owned by us or our licensors. Some audio uses openly licensed recordings, credited on request.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features. If we ever close the paid service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
8. Our responsibility
The Service supports, but does not replace, a child’s schooling. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the Grown-ups’ area; this removes your data as described in our privacy notice. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for important changes, tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
