The free account and the 7-day free trial let you try Pompom Kids before paying. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment, or within 7 days of a yearly renewal, and we will refund that payment in full.

Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
